Our Client is the biggest collision repair network across Australia and New Zealand. They pride themselves on the hard work of their people, and their long-term commitment to training, development, equipment, and technology. Everything they do has a purpose: to repair a vehicle to its pre-accident condition and to provide exceptional customer experience.
They are looking for skilled panel beaters to form part of this group at various sites across Australia
SALARY: $35-$37 p/h. Weekly hours depend on which site the applicant is going to. They are all different; some do 40-hour weeks, some 42.5-hour weeks and others 45-hour weeks. Some of the shops have production bonuses in place, some don’t. No deductions other than Australian tax will come off these wages. The applicant will be responsible for setting up their own private health insurance prior to arrival and they will arrange a monthly payment for this. The company has 180 sites, and they are made up of lots of acquired shops all running differently.
The position comes with 4 weeks annual leave per annum.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- You will be required to complete a VETASSESS as part of the visa application process. As part of this assessment, both written and verbal English skills will be tested. EXCELLENT SKILL IN BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL TO THIS VACANCY.
- Must have a clear criminal record with a police clearance certificate (or able to procure one)
- Must be a qualified panel beater (Trade Tested) with panel beating experience
- Experience in welding of various metals
- Self-motivated
- Quality of workmanship
- Participate, support and encourage as a team member
