Our client, who is a Passenger Vehicle Dealership, is looking for a General Admin Clerk to join their dynamic team. Vacancy Situated in Milnerton, Western Cape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All admin related duties assigned to you from time to time
- Assist with opening/closing orders, recons, etc
- License and registration of new stock
- License renewals on existing rentals
- Customer queries – telephonic and email
- Transferring of fines to rental customers
- All queries related to tracking – checking live systems for non-responding unit, booking of repairs, account recon, updating mileage on tracking system
- Arranging for collection on repos
- Bank account suspension notification
- Validations
- Monitoring and executing excess mileage procedures
- Admin functions can and will be re-assigned as you and/or the business grows and develops
- Assisting with anything else management may operationally require from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous admin experience
- Must have grade 12
- Must be computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills
