Our client, a Commercial Vehicle Dealership situated in Randburg urgently requires a Qualified Quality Controller to join their successful team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure correct clocking of job card.
- Correct write up of job card.
- Assisting SA in the morning with complaint / test drive with customers and using probing sheet for more accurate diagnostic by technicians.
- Ensure FTIR & TAR done and submitted correctly ( FTIR – Field technical incident report ) – ( TAR – Technical assistance report)
- Ensure inspection sheets / service sheet are completed correctly.
- Assist Technicians when needed to catch up on work. (Not scared of getting your hand dirty )
REQUIREMENTS:
- AT LEAST 15 YEARS experience on the floor ( age 35-40)
- Must be able to work with high rated customers when called for.
- Must be able to explain a problem to a customer .
- Must be able to work with Ladies, wash bay staff and most off all senior technicians and apprentices .
- Stickler to detail
- Self-driven and motivated
- Strong admin skills
- Experience on Evolve (Auto mate) it will be a bonus.
- If Suzuki experience even better
- Own reliable transport is essential.
