OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of this Multifranchise Dealership by providing strategic direction and maximizing the productivity of people by instilling a Brand Centred, performance driven culture helping the Group move to a higher overall capacity for performance. Ensuring that the objectives that cover the dealerships operating policies and standards are clear to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualification (Degree / National Diploma) an advantage
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in a senior managerial role or as a Dealer Principal or similar leadership role
- Must have Multifranchise dealership experience in a managerial role
- Must come from one of the larger automotive groups in South Africa
- Must reside in the Fourways/Bryanston area
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven track record
