Our Client is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the
role of IT Support. Based in Milnerton, this position primarily involves providing remote IT support for various systems..
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an IT Support professional, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the ticketing system to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Overseeing Google Workplace and its smooth operation
- Handling the setup and support of VoIP phones
- Managing and maintaining the 3CX system
- Monitoring CCTV systems for security purposes
- Administering Active Directory and biometric systems
- Providing remote support to address IT-related concerns
- Monitoring and reporting on the health of IT systems, including fiber connections at branch locations
- Efficiently managing stock to ensure optimal availability of IT resources
- Implementing asset management protocols
- Conducting daily health checks on IT systems
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks, including stock feeds on websites, as needed
- Delivering first-line IT support to resolve user issues promptly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in administering various IT systems
- Knowledge of setting up and supporting VoIP phones
- Ability to generate analytical reports using Freshdesk, Freshchat, and 3CX
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach to IT support
