D8097 Office Administrator – Eastern Johannesburg

Automotive Head Office division urgently requires an Office Administrator to start as soon as possible


  • Reception / switchboard duties (minimal)
  • Maintain files and databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations and/or correspondence, as required
  • Track and maintain office supply inventory
  • Manage contractors throughout from quote selection to project/supply completion
  • Monitor office operations
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and travel itineraries for executives and upper level staff
  • Handle general office inquiries


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software


  • Minimum: 5 years related experience
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license

Salary: R15 000 including Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
