Remuneration: R50 000.00 – R60 000.00 CTC
Our client is looking for an OEM Parts Area Manager who will provide parts operational support to the Domestic Dealer Network in order to optimize service delivery, initiate campaigns and profitability.
Key Performance Areas (Outputs):
- Parts Sales support to Domestic dealer network.
- Dealer standards implementation. (Policies & Procedures).
- Support for campaigns/promotions to improve sales.
- Ensuring dealer Targets are achieved quarterly.
Competency Requirements:
- General warehousing and logistics knowledge
- Excellent Parts & sales – and technical knowledge
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- General knowledge of Parts business (Financial and Operational)
- Risk management, Inventory management. Logistics knowledge.
- Dealer management operations. Sales, Service & Spares.
- Corporate Governance.
- Decision making skills
- People skills
- Handle high pressure from network
- Strategy and planning abilities
- Ability to work in a team and work on own
Qualification/ Education Requirements:
- Relevant Mechanic qualification (N3 – N6)
- Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in an after sales environment, which includes 3 years as Area Manager.
- Experience in the motor industry is essential.
