  • Plan, Manage and Control of Public Relations and Events Function.
  • Plan, Implement and Control Marketing Communication Activities.

  • Marketing Proposal Evaluation.

  • Budget Control and Cost Planning.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

PR Events, Activities and Launches.

  • Plan, Schedule, Budget, Implement, Invitees and Venues.
  • Manages Suppliers.
  • Ensures all time, quality and cost requirements of the project are met.
  • Analyses effectiveness of the activity.

PR Strategies and Proposals

  • Compiles and analyses relevant information.
  • Presents recommendations.

Marketing Events, Activities

  • Plan, Schedule, Budget, Implement, Invitees and Venues.
  • Ensures Suppliers are briefed are briefed on the requirements.
  • Ensures all time, quality and cost requirements of the project are met.
  • Analyses effectiveness of the activity.

POS Material and Advertising

  • Checks Dealer activities compliance with Honda CI and Corporate Standards.
  • Plan, Design, Budget, Produce, Distribute and report on POS Material.
  • Plan, Coordinate, Budget and Report on new model Photo shoots.

Marketing Promotional Material

  • Plan, Design, Budget, Produce, Distribute and report on promotional material
  • Including Dealer Staff Uniforms.
  • Manages Suppliers.
  • Ensures all time, quality and cost requirements of the project are met.
  • Analyses effectiveness of the activity.

Marketing Proposal Evaluation

  • Evaluates and gives feedback on adhoc marketing proposals.

Sales Promotion Flow

  • Produce and Implement Sales Promotion activity by building SP Flows.

Budget Control and Cost planning

  • Budget Planning
  • Budget Expenditure Administration
