GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Human Resource Administrator will be responsible for the enhancement and

implementation of human resource policies and procedures as well as coordinating human resources

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with the cost-effective recruitment and selection of staff including verification of

references, qualifications, testimonials and ensuring required assessments are carried out prior to

employment.

  • Onboarding of newly appointed employees, including issuing employment contracts, ensuring the

required documents are completed by the employee and submitting employee benefit and inhouse

system applications.

New brand in the South African market (OEM) requires a Product Planning Manager

  • Validate the agenda of PSM, review the minutes of their meetings and set the key actions.
  • Manage weekly conference call with the team to review the action plans, the results and analyse the KPI (sellin, sellout, prospection plan, stock management, service level, margin, forecast, performance by commodity and by channel, buy-away, competitor benchmark…).
  • Organize regular sales team meetings to share strategy, targets and projects.
  • Coach and support the sales team in order to allow them grow in competence, efficiency and autonomy.
  • Design Terms & Conditions, argue and support PSM to sign them with dealers and supervise incentive programmes to dealers in line with targets.
  • Analyse results by commodities and support PSM to be product focus and promote strategic product families (Direx, Reman and Second Line ranges).
  • Assist the PSM in arguing to the dealer the necessity to cover adequately the territory with a dedicated sales force.
  • Ensure that PSM have regular meetings and calls with salesmen, coach and monitor them.
  • Attend and animate quarterly meetings for dealer salesmen (Club Pro) and specific meetings with sub dealers.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to build a Sales & Marketing plan, including tailored made actions for dealers and customers and ensure that all these actions are deployed.
  • Ensure that PSM build local Sales & Marketing action plans with dealers and local marketing in order to develop parts activity and service (Parts and Service package offer).
  • Grant Subdealer’s loyalty and develop this channel with the dealer.
  • Set the Key account strategy for the market and deploy it with the Key Account Manager and the PSM.
  • Promote the P&S training offer and ensure the adequate level of competences of dealer staff (Parts Manager, Dealer Salesman, Vehicle/Machine assessors…).
  • Provide every week forecasts on sales to the management identifying risks/opportunities and deviations from the plan, explaining the causes and finding an alternative plan to achieve the target.
  • Prepare Business and budget review presentations according to the management demand.
  • Work closely with the other departments to deploy the brand strategy and achieve the common targets.
